PAYMENT METHODS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
For online purchases Jewellery Domain uses:

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DISPATCH:

Confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. The e-mail will reconfirm all delivery and shipping details, charges and any other relevant information (Please double check for accuracy).

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate. We aim to ship within 1 to 2 business days however this may vary depending on demand at the time. Please contact us immediately should you need to make any changes to your order or if you require your order by a specific time.

Once payment has been processed you will receive an email notification with your order confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched (allow1-2 working days) you will receive an additional email with your tracking information.

GIFT VOUCHERS PROMOTIONS AND COMPETITIONS

Gift vouchers can only be purchased online.  Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Out of date vouchers will be cancelled and no money will be refunded. Vouchers may be spent in whole or in part, however the remaining credit will retain the original expiry date.  Jewellery Domain gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Remaining credit cannot be paid in cash.

SALE ITEMS

Jewellers Domain “Sale items” are final and NO further discounts or promotions can be applied to these items.  Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
